Hi

This thread more than asking for help, is asking for advice.

The scenario I am in is like this: I have a membership site which is based on WP WishlistMember, integrated with Delavo. I want to be able to provide access to this membership site to individuals as well as organizations.

While for individuals, I can provide access to the membership, for organization I want to be able to give access for a specific set of number seats (users); so lets say the organization would pay for 10 seats (users), would use only one email address to buy this package (10 seats) and then would be able to use this login ID (with the email address they bought the membership as username and the password generated by Delavo) 10 times simultaneously.

While I do understand that the way it is now, one username and password can be used 10 (and more) times simultaneously, I want to limit it, so that it creates a better perceived value to the purchase, as well as it should limit the abuse. (I think this would be a valid requirement for one user, also).

This is something like Short URLs Pro, but for membership sites.

Any idea how can that be achieved?

Thanks

Delavo Support - where do I go if ticket not being answered?

Can anyone here help? I have used Delavo since back when it was JVM2, through Fantasos, and through Delavo 1 & 2. I've also been a Turbo member since then. I have a Gold subscription to Delavo 2 which I purchased during the time when Mark Joyner and Construct Zero were in control of Delavo before control went back to John. Recently I had a problem after an automatic upgrade of Delavo and need support. Following the Help >> Delavo Owners Support link in my Delavo installation, I used the form at http://delavosecure.com/2/help/helpticket.html to open a ticket. I did not receive any sort of notification that the ticket was opened nor did I receive any follow-up messages. But I can see the ticket is open in My Support Tickets at delavosecure.com. After 32 hours passed with no notification or follow-up I began wondering if I was supposed to have opened the ticket at turbohelpdesk.com instead. So I opened a support ticket there and explained the problem I had after the upgrade and the confusion I had regarding which system to open the support ticket in. I even include a copy of my last receipt showing that I am paying for a Gold subscription in case there was some question about that. I did receive a reply on that ticket within 6 or 7 hours. Unfortunately, all it said was:

Quote:

Hi, For technical support of Delavo please visit: http://delavosecure.com/2/help/helpticket.html For general help please see the forums at http://www.turbocommunity.com We also have a great resource at: http://delavo.com/wiki/

And that ticket was marked answered. Of course I already had a ticket open at delavosecure.com, so I continued waiting. 45 hours have now passed, with no reply or any sign at all that anyone has even looked at the ticket. And then even when I came here, my ID was no longer in the system and I had to create a new login. Am I stuck in some sort of support desk h*ll where everyone points fingers at someone else because the Gold subscription was purchased while Construct Zero controlled Delavo? Is it different support people running the support desk at delavosecure.com versus turbohelpdesk.com? Is this the new normal for Delavo support? Once upon a time, I could have used the Big Red Button (I think that's what it was called) to contact John, but that's no longer around either as near as I can tell. I could really use some help if anyone could please help get the attention of the correct support people. But even more than needing help on the ticket, I am very concerned about the difficulty in getting support through a help desk. That never used to be a problem. Thanks, Mike

Hello everyone,

I'm new here and a Delavo Core version user.

I don't know if anyone has asked this question here before, but I need to change the domain associated with my license.

If I remember well, John Delavera said that we were allowed to change it once.

Now since there's no specific helpdesk for Core users, how do I go on about it?

Thanks for your help.
